I’m a Culinary Management graduate from Algonquin College, and my career has taken me from Executive Chef roles in Italian kitchens to vegan fine dining, and into contemporary restaurants where I competed at Ottawa’s Gold Medal Plates—earning Silver, Bronze, and more Silver along the way. Those experiences shaped my standards: organized service, clean flavors, and plates that feel intentional.

After moving to Toronto, I honed whole-animal butchery and local, farmer-driven cooking at a true nose-to-tail restaurant. In 2021, I launched CHESHIRE CAT to focus on private fine-dining multi-course tasting menus, catering, weddings, and events. I’m based in Ontario and I travel wherever you’re willing to have me.

I bring a mixed bag of tricks to every menu. I have a strong love for Southeast Asian flavors and Chinese, Korean, and Japanese-inspired dishes, while staying well versed across multiple cuisines so your menu feels personal and balanced.

I learned early, and I’ve cooked professionally at a high level

I learned to cook from a young age because my grandparents owned a restaurant and a food truck. I was in a kitchen when most kids were playing outside, and that early foundation grew into a career built on disciplined training, competition experience, and leadership in demanding restaurant environments.

I obsess over the details that make a meal unforgettable

My approach is simple: finesse, precision, and confidence. I focus on the small decisions—timing, texture, seasoning, and presentation—so the entire experience feels seamless from the first bite to the last course.
